Play Cages with Ferris Wheel

  • One-Over-One Configuration that allows easy Horizontal and Vertical Pairing.

  • Overall dimensions of rack are ~39- 1/2” deep x 32-1/4” wide x 83-1/2” tall.

  • Each cage has 6.25 sq. ft. of floor area. Top cage is 32” tall and bottom cage is 36” tall.

  • Each rack is supported on SS Casters with 5” Dia. X 2” wide wheels, sealed SS bearings. Front casters have the Tech Lock Brakes.

  • All metal components are #304 stainless steel.

  • SS Spring Loaded Latches provided.

  • Front Wire Panel constructed with 1”x 3” .162 Dia. SS Welded Wire.

  • Floor Panel is 1” x 1” welded wire .162” Diameter.  Ceiling is 1” x 2” welded wire .162” Diameter.

  • Fixed front of cage.  (There is no hinged front door)

  • Horizontal Animal Door is provided on each main cage door with secure latch.

  • Transfer Box Rods provided below all cage doors.

  • Thermal Neutral Perches provided on both sides of Cage.

  • Foraging Board, Wire Feed Box and Data Cards provided.

  • The primary frame members are fabricated of 1” x 1-1/2” SS Box Tube.

  • All cages sides are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet metal.

  • Sloped Waste pans, Drain Tube and Trough are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet.

  • The caster base frame is fabricated of 1 x 1-1/2” square SS tube.

  • Heavy Duty Waterlines are plumbed in from the rear of Cages.

  • Double Handed Squeeze Back rides on Tivor Hot Plastic Bearing Blocks for smooth and quiet operation as does the latching angles through the squeeze latches.

  • Removable Dividers for horizontal pairing slide in UHMW Plastic Blocks for smooth operation.

  • Secure locking mechanism provided for each Divider.  Hinged Door Panel to be designed.

  • Divider styles to be determined by customer preferences.  Quote has 2 Solid Dividers per Rack.

  • Wall Locks provided.  Wall Rail to be provided as well.

  • Pairing Mechanism provided to pair with other like Racks.

  • All units are bead blasted to a matte finish

  • Heavy Duty Water Line included made from ½” SS Schedule 40 Pipe, includes Edstrom fittings: Quick disconnect, Drain and (2) Drinking Valves.

  • Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.

  • Cage Doors to be modified to match up with current caging being used.  Customer to provide dimensions for C2SI to make this design change.

  • 30” Dia. Aluminum Ferris Wheel with hardware included, Wheel spins on UHMW Plastic Bearing Blocks, Wheel is removable, Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.
