Two-Over-Two Configuration that allows easy Horizontal and Vertical Pairing.

Overall dimensions of rack will be determined during design.

Each cage has minimum of 3 sq. ft. of floor area.

Interior height of each cage is a minimum of 36” tall.

Rack is supported on SS Casters with 5” Dia. X 2” with blue UVP “K” wheels. Sealed bearings.

All metal components are #304 stainless steel.

SS Spring Loaded Latches provided & Heavy-Duty Door Latch Mechanism provided.

Doors are constructed of ½” diameter rod with 1”x 3” .162 Dia. SS Welded Wire.

Fixed Front Cage Door with a Guillotine Animal Door on each main cage door with single secure latch and pin.

Upper Cage has Removable Waste Pan, Floor Panel and Ceiling Panel of lower cage.

Upper Cage will have Insertable Half Waste Pan, Half Floor and Half Ceiling Panel.

Transfer Box Rods provided below all cage doors.

Cage Floor is 1/2” x 1/2” Grid Pattern.  16ga. (.060) Solid Side Panels.

Solid Surface Linear Perches, made with Thermal Neutral material.

The primary frame members are fabricated of .125” thick SS plate.

Cage sides are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet metal.  Backs of Cages are Wire Mesh.

Waste pans fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet.

The caster base frame is fabricated of 1-1/2” square SS tube.

Heavy Duty Automated Waterlines with quick disconnect and drain.

Double Handed Squeeze Back rides on Tivor Hot Plastic Bearing Blocks for smooth and quiet operation as does the latching angles through the squeeze latches.

Removable Center Dividers for horizontal pairing are Solid, Wire and Transparent Dividers.

Removable Horizontal Dividers on ends of Rack to Pair with like Racks. RH Divider is a Grooming Contact; LH Side is a Solid Divider.  It will pair with Play Cage as well.

Wall Lock Mechanisms provided to attach to room wall.

Room for Tamper Resistant Water Bottle Holder to be attached.

Each Rack will securely attach to one another with secure pairing mechanism.

Removable Feeders provided.

All units are bead blasted to a matte finish.
