Fixed Holding Pen Catalog #57523 & 56248

Construction:

  • Holding Pens made with 304 Stainless Steel materials.

  • Framing made with 1” x 1” x 18ga. SS Box Tube, all seams welded.

  • Wire Wall Panels are a 1” x 5-3/4” x .25” dia. WELDED wire where specified.

  • Ceiling Panels are 1” x 1” x .162” dia. WELDED wire where specified.

  • Panels are modular for easy assembly and disassembly.

  • Overall dimensions of LH Pen are ~52” wide x 70” long x 80” tall.

  • Overall dimensions of RH Pen are ~52” wide x 70” long x 80” tall.

  • 2 Pens to be paired together with common wall.  A Right/Left-handed Pens.

  • When Pens are assembled with common wall, they are ~104”L end to end.

  • Pens will share a common wall in center with each having a man door.

  • Final Design to be approved by customer after conceptual design phase.

  • Designed to pair with Socialization Racks.

Front Wall of Pens: 

  • Front Pen will have Man Doors provided.

  • Man Door will have secure Door Latch Mechanism provided.

  • 1-1/2” x 5-3/4” Welded Wire Panels on Man Door.

  • Framed with 1” x 1” SS Box Tube.

  • Transfer Box Animal / Access Doors provided on each Pen.

  • Internal Tunnel provided on each Tunnel with 3 separate dividable sections.

  • Tunnel (over soc rack) can be provided that leads from LH Pen to RH Pen.

  • Feeders and Perching provided on Front of Pen.

Man Door and Locking Mechanisms: 

  • Man Doors are ~30” wide x 75” tall.

  • Welded Wire Panels are a 1” x 5-3/4” x .25” dia.

  • Door Hinges have non-removable pin system to restrict door from coming off.

  • All Doors to have lock tabs for pad lock capabilities.

  • Heavy Duty Door Lock Mechanism restricts animals from opening doors.

  • Verandas on top of each Man Door to allow added enrichment.

Center Wall between Pens: 

  • Horizontal Sliding Animal Door provided on center wall to pair Pens.

  • Thermal Neutral Plastic Wall material provided.

  • Animal Door is made with same Thermal Neutral Plastic.

  • Push Pull Handle with secure latches and pad lock tabs provided.

  • Various Climbing Pegs provided with different colors on both sides of Wall.

  • Perches provided on each side of wall at Animal Door height.

  • Connects to Front and Rear Walls of both Pens as well as Ceiling Panels.

End Wall of Pens:

  • Thermal Neutral Plastic Wall material provided.

  • Various Climbing Pegs provided with different colors.

  • Perches provided.

  • Connects to Front and Rear Walls as well as Ceiling Panel.

Back Wall of Pens: 

  • Thermal Neutral Plastic Wall material provided.

  • Various Climbing Pegs provided with different colors.

  • Perches provided.

  • Connects to End Walls and Center Walls as well as Ceiling Panel.

Tunnel: 

  • Custom Tunnel that connects LH to RH Pen.

  • Tunnel located over the top of where the Socialization Rack is attached to Pen.
