Rack:

• Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel.

• Special Design to accommodate a maximum height of door opening, (when cages are mounted to rack)

• (Includes blue polyurethane wheels and a zerk fitting for lubrication)

• Frame of Rack has various 1/8” thick formed SS channels used for hanging the cages as well as vertical frame supports.

• End Frames are made with 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” SS Box Tube.

• Sloping Waste Pans provided made from 16ga. SS Sheet.

• Upper Waste Pan drains into Rear Drain Trough.

• Drain Trough spills into Down Spout that empties into room floor drain.

• Lower Waste Pan drain directly into room floor drain.

• UHMW Bumpers provided.

• Mounting Hardware/Fasteners for hanging cages is provided.

• Heavy Duty Water Line included made from ½” SS Schedule 40 Pipe, includes Edstrom fittings: Quick disconnect, Drain and (4) Drinking Valves.

• Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.

 

Cages:

• All #304 Stainless Steel construction.

• Total quantity of 4 Single Housed 32” tall 4.5 Sq. Ft. Cages.

• Cages are Rack Mounted using three Keyholes at rear of Cage. (pegs on rack)

• Back and Side Sheet is made with 16ga. SS.

• Cage Wire consists of a .162” Dia. SS Welded Wire Panel, 3/4” x 3/4” Floor and 3/4” x 1” Front and Top sections formed into “U” Shape.

• Slots in rear of cage for water fittings on Rack to pass through.

• A Guillotine Sliding Animal Door provided with secure spring-loaded latch.

• A 2 Bar Linear Perch provided made with ½” SS Rod.

• A Squeeze Back with dual UHMW guided slide pull Handles and SS Latches for smooth and easy operation.  Latches in various forward positions.

• Squeeze Tray made with .162” Dia. Welded Wire Panel with ¼” Dia. perimeter rod. 

• Data Plate provided.

• Optional Feed Boxes and Watering Bowls.

• Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.
